Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Some products may be final sale or non-returnable, so please check the individual product description before purchasing.

To request a return, contact us at grasbyshop@gmail.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please contact us immediately if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items: Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges: Please return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds: Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
